RJC Graduation 2016


Beside writing exams and preparing for a major musical production the graduating class of 2016 also have many traditions and rites of passage to perform in the last days of  being student at RJC.

Zac fills a spot by his mother and brother.  He leaves another brick for his sister to sign on in two years.






Despite grey skies and a threat of rain, the smiles on the faces of the Grade 12 class could not be dampened on Graduation  Day!  

Graduation morning  began with the Baccalaureate Service held at Rosthern Mennonite Church.
Three students shared their faith journeys as part of the service.

Class Hymn - 'Until We Meet Again'
 The celebration moved to the Western Development Museum in Saskatoon where we enjoyed a delicious banquet and program.  The grade 11 and 10 joined the group for a picture taking session in the museum.  The rest of the evening included a powerpoint presentation, a coffee house and lively dance sets.   At the end of the evening the students were all bussed from the WDM to the fireside that was hosted by the Boldt family in Osler.

Water Fun Day! 2016

Oops !  Forgot to post this.  To relieve stress before final exam week and a busy week preparing for the year end musical, the SRC planned an afternoon of water fun! The weather was perfect and a great time was had by all!  Everyone managed to get wet and burn off a lot of energy!

Recording Breaking Spectacular! 2016

The weather was perfect on May 25th for the 'Record Breaking Spectacular'.  Students canvassed for sponsors to raise money for different projects at RJC.  The student body was split into teams and they then  competed in 10 different events to try and break records set by previous students in previous years.  There was great spirit for the day! The costumes were awesome and the energy was high. A great day was had by all!
