Playing catch up with the blog entries! December was a busy month! Here is a quick recap of what happened at RJC before Christmas!
Performing a Christmas concert at Knox Presbyterian Church in Saskatoon kicked off the month.

Spirit committee planned 'The twelve days of Christmas'. This included many Christmas themed activities as well as many dress up days.
Christmas at RJC included opportunities for learning responsible consumerism by hosting a Ten Thousand Villages sale. Students made many purchases in support of fair trade.
Christmas performances continued as Chorale and Women's choir sang not only at the local Rosthern Carol Festival but also at the Station Arts Centre .
SRC planned an afternoon of Winter Fun. The day was perfect! The temperature was mild and there was a light snow falling all afternoon. Everyone had a great time frolicking in the snow!

Preparing our hearts for Christmas with Advent Chapels
On the evening before the last day of school the students celebrated with a Banquet, coffeehouse and an evening of activity!

The final activity of December was the Christmas Concert. The gym was filled with the sounds of Christmas. What a wonderful note to begin our Christmas vacation on!
