Encore, a vocal ensemble from Winnipeg, thrilled the audience with its wide repertoire of music. The group included former RJC staff member Doug Pankratz.
Mary Ann Kirkby, author of I Am Hutterite, captured the attention of the audience with her stories of her family and their experiences moving from colony to "mainstream society" and her subsequent journey to reclaim her cultural heritage.The evening included a fantastic meal prepared by the RJC kitchen staff, enthusiastic bidding on a variety of silent auction items and a wonderful time of connecting with friends who share a committment to Christian education and RJC.
