On Wednesday November 21, in recognition of National
Addictions Awareness Week, Kathy Moorman from the Saskatoon Health Region
shared information about addictions with RJC students. Addictions affect many
aspects of society, and students benefited from increasing their knowledge of
the topic. Throughout the morning,
each grade met individually for a session, which involved raising awareness
through a “Family Feud” game show format.
Much learning and fun ensued.
During chapel the whole student body gathered for a Q&A session
where students took the opportunity to ask many questions. Thank you to Kathy Moorman for giving
information about this important topic with our students.
