- Thursday, Oct 3, 4:00 pm - Football home game at Shellbrook.
- Thursday, Oct 3, 4:15 pm - Girls' Soccer at L.C.B.I., Outlook (Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute).
- Friday, Oct 4, 6:30 - 9:00 pm - RJC OPEN HOUSE - If you have younger family members or friends who would be interested in finding out more about RJC and its programs, and in being on campus during our Alumni Tournament Weekend, come out Friday evening to our open house. In addition to the alumni volleyball games going on in the gymnasium, open house activities will include checking out the dorms, having a tour of the school, and watching some videos while sampling delicious goodies from the kitchen. - Friday & Saturday, Oct 4 & 5 - RJC ALUMNI VOLLEYBALL/SOCCER TOURNAMENT WEEKEND - Come join in the fun as a participant or a spectator! Volleyball and Soccer (Saturday only - meet in Rehearsal Hall at 10:00 and bring a white and dark t-shirt). A delicious lunch sponsored by Alumni will be served between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm in the Rehearsal Hall. ALUMNI AND FRIENDS WELCOME!
- Monday, Oct 7, 4:00 pm - Girls' Soccer at Valley Christian Academy, Osler.
- Tuesday, Oct 8, 4:00 pm - Boys' Soccer at RJC versus Se Se Wa Hum.
- Wednesday, Oct 9, 4:00 pm - Girls' Soccer versus Martensville.
- Wednesday, Oct 9, 4:00 pm - Football game at Wakaw. Please note that this game was moved from Thursday to Wednesday, and from Rosthern to Wakaw (to ensure that each team was able to host two home games after PACI's football team folded).
- Friday to Monday, October 11-14 - THANKSGIVING DESIGNATED WEEKEND - Our first designated weekend of the year is Thanksgiving. Classes will be dismissed on Thursday, October 10 at 3:00 pm. The dorms will close Thursday at 5:00 pm (no supper served), and re-open on Monday at 3:00 pm. Please make arrangements for your son or daughter to travel home after 3:00 pm. All students need to make arrangements to travel home or stay with family or friends for this weekend.
- Tuesday, Oct 15, 8:30 am - Classes resume.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
- RJC KIELKE & SAUSAGE SUPPER FUNDRAISER - Monday, October 21st at Bethany Manor (110 La Ronge Road, Saskatoon). There will be two seatings for supper - the first seating will be at 4:30 pm for Bethany residents and family/guests, and the second seating will be at 6:00 pm for everyone! Admission is by donation, and the RJC Chorale will be performing. Everyone is welcome. If possible please RSVP to val@rjc.sk.ca or call 306-232-4222. - RJC Term End - Friday, October 25. Report cards will be mailed on or before November 1.
