CONGRATULATIONS to the RJC Girls' Volleyball team who finished 4th at the Provincial Championships in Watrous!
The winter sports season has begun, and tryouts for basketball and curling begin this week. As well, RJC has four girls that are playing hockey with the local Rosthern Midget Girls' Hockey Team, and eight boys playing hockey with the Rosthern Midget Boys' Hockey Team. We will try to post all scheduled games for these sports, but please check with your child or the RJC office before traveling to games in case of last minutes changes to due bad weather, etc.
EVENTS THIS WEEK INCLUDE:
- Tuesday, Nov 19 - Sadie Hawkins Event for students (supper & evening).
- Wednesday, Nov 20, 7:15 pm - Girls' Midget Hockey game at Melfort.
- Friday & Saturday, Nov 22-23 - Waldheim High School is hosting the 3A Boys' Volleyball Provincial Championship, and is using both their gym and ours. While we do not have a team in the playoffs, RJC students and parents are welcome to come and watch. As with all SHSAA playoffs, there is an admission charge for spectators.
- Saturday, Nov 23, 8:15 pm - Boys' Midget Hockey game at Hague.
- Sunday, Nov 24, 2:00 pm - Girls' Midget hockey game vs Melfort at the Rosthern Jubilee Sports Centre.

- RJC HOME BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT, December 6 & 7.
- RJC CHOIR CONCERT - Sunday, December 15, 7:30 pm at Knox United Church (838 Spadina Crescent East, Saskatoon). Featuring the RJC Chorale and Women's Choir, with guest performers SONRISA. Free admission - a collection will be taken during the concert. Everyone is welcome!
- RJC CHRISTMAS CONCERT - Friday, December 20, 7:00 pm at RJC. Featuring the RJC Concert Choir, Chorale and Women's Choir. Free admission - a collection will be taken during the concert. Everyone is welcome to join us for the concert and refreshments to follow.
- CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS - Saturday, December 21 to Sunday, January 5, 2014. Dorms close Friday evening following the Christmas Concert, and re-open Sunday, January 5 at 3:00 pm. Classes resume Monday, January 6, 8:30 am.
- RJC ALUMNI BASKETBALL, HOCKEY & CHOIR WEEKEND, January 3 & 4, 2014. Basketball, hockey and singing are once again the featured components of the Alumni Tournament of Memories weekend. Come join in the fun with other alumni and friends. PLEASE NOTE: This event was scheduled for JANUARY 10 & 11 on the calendar you received at the beginning of the school year. It has been moved to January 3 & 4.
